Learning how to manage complexity
Workshops include intensive experiential work
based on “Systemic Thinking” and “Self-Observation” techniques
and range from one to four days. A “Workshop” focuses on specific managerial
issues:
leadership, team building, communication, conflict management,
associates management, etc.
During a workshop each manager or businessman will be individually
assisted and has the chance to present,
and work on, his/her business case. These workshops are limited in size to a small
number of participants.
This experience allows participants to shed light on the most
imperative issue in their organizations and return to their company
not only with effective theoretical tools, but also with
possible solutions that can be immediately put into practice. Witnessing
the cases of other companies operating in different fields and
areas can also widen one’s perspectives.
